Recipe
    - 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour 
 
    -  1 1/2 scoops Vanilla WheySmooth Protein Powder 
 
    -  1 tsp Baking Powder 
 
    -  1 tsp Ground Cinnamon 
 
    -  1/4 cup light Brown Sugar 
 
    -  1 large Egg 
 
    -  1/3 cup Light Butter 
 
    -  1/4 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce 
 
    -  1 tsp Vanilla Extract 
 
Directions
    - Preheat an oven to 350F and spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment baking cups
 
    - Mix the egg, butter, apple sauce, vanilla, and brown sugar together until smooth. 
 
    - Mix the protein powder, flour, baking powder, and ground cinnamon together in a separate bowl. Fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture.
 
    - Pour/scoop the muffin batter to the muffin molds
 
    - Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
 
Pro Tip: Add a cinnamon sugar combo to the top before baking for a topping
